改版香港猪肠粉

改版香港猪肠粉超容易准备,全部买现成的来配搭即可。口感还可以只不过不能和用米浆蒸的比。用米浆来蒸的会比较幼及比较滑.

材料:
数条猪肠粉,
一些鲜虾 (加些麻油,胡椒粉,酱油及少许的粟米粉来腌一下)
一些叉烧(切小块)
酱汁- 120ml 清水,2大匙的酱油,2 小匙糖, 1/2 小匙麻油 (全部搅匀煮滚即可 (随个人口味)。

配料: 少许的炒香的芝麻及少许的炸油葱。

做法:
1.) 把猪肠粉弄开后,把叉烧碎,虾仁排在猪肠粉上后卷起排在盘上蒸十分钟即可
2.)把酱汁淋在蒸好的猪肠粉上再撒些炸油葱及芝麻即可上碟。

Oh I love 猪肠粉 very much but I prefer the plain ones with 甜酱辣椒 sesame oil and light soy sauce especially for breakfast.

I also like the 猪肠粉with 甜酱and 虾膏but my prince like this type猪肠粉 so sometime have to suit to his favourite.

I like 猪肠粉, but lazy to make myself... Normally buy from outside...
