Passion Fruit Jelly 百香果燕菜

Last Friday , saw passion fruit at Kulim market so bought some for children to eat. Take 2 passion fruit's flesh to cook jelly. It taste sweet and sour. Not bad, my children like it very much. The recipe is same as Dragon fruit Jelly. I just replaced the dragon fruit flesh to passion fruit flesh.
上个星期五在居林巴刹见到有卖百香果,就买了些回家给孩子吃。拿了2粒百香果的果肉来做百香果燕菜. 这百香果燕菜的味道是酸甜酸甜的。孩子们都喜欢吃。我用了龙珠果燕菜的食谱来做,换了百香果肉而已。

Canary, 不必脸红,我也是这两年才吃到。改次有机会的。百香果的味道是酸甜的(如果够熟的,没熟透的会很酸)。有一股香香的香味。
