Recipe from Y3K:
Ingredients:
120g mee suah
6 pieces imitation crabstick filament (diced)
3 pips garlic (minced)
100ml evaporated milk (I replace with water)
10 prawns (shelled, deveined,halved)
1 stalk spring onion (diced)
1 red chili (minced)
2 eggs
seasoning:
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper
Method:
- Blanch mee suah in boiling water to cook briefly. Remove into a metal sieve. Plunge into a cold bath. Drain and leave in bowl.
- saute garlic till fragrant. put into no. (1) add in imitation crabstick filament,spring onions,red chillies,eggs and seasoning. Mix evenly and then, add in evaporated milk. Mix very well.
- Heat a wok with little oil. Spoon in no. (2), place in a piece of halved prawn. fry till golden.
I saute garlic till fragrant and saute prawn to half cook.

Anncoo & Sonia, forgot to tell you when you fried the fritters just put a few drop oil to fry will do else will cause your fritters too oily or you may use non stick wok to fry.
