Last week bought some purple colour sweet potato and decided to do some purple sweet potato pau.

pork chop (season with white pepper, soya sauce ,oyster sauce, Chinese cooking wine and sesame oil over night)
Some green vegetable. (boil it and drain it)
1 tbsp potato starch (if don’t have can replace with corn flour or tapioca flour) mix with 2 tbsp water
1 tbsp black soya sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Mix all the sauces with water and let it boiled. After boil add in the mixture of potato starch. Cooked till thick will do.
1. Fry the pork chop till cooked and fragrant.
2. Boil 1 pot water, when the water boil then put in the noodle cook about 1-2 minutes and drain under cool water or tap water.
3. Cook the gravy.
4. Arrange the noodle , vegetable and pork chop then pour in some gravy. Can serve with sambal belacan or pickle chili .
