Simple Lunch (2)

Last Sunday after weekly marketing then prepared a simple lunch for my family. This fried chicken children most. A very simple deep fry chicken which seasoning with light soya sauce, pepper and oyster sauce.
上个星期日从菜市回来后就准备了这简单的午餐。这炸鸡是小孩最喜欢的。这炸鸡只是用酱油,胡椒粉及蚝油很随便的腌后拿去炸。


I still have a lot of the left over satay sauce in my freezer, I feel wasted if throw away so cook it with prawn. It taste good. (not because I good in cooking ,the satay sauce originally taste good )
在我的冰箱里还有很多剩下的沙嗲酱。要丢掉很可惜所以就拿来煮虾。味道还不错(不是因为我厉害煮是这沙嗲酱本来就好好吃了。哈哈!!!!)

Fried Xiao Bai Cai 清炒小白菜 。

Fried Shark fish and chicken fillet with ginger and spring onion. Children like this very much because it does have gravy which can eat with rice.
炒个鲨鱼肉,鸡肉炒姜葱。 小孩都喜欢这道菜因为有汁可以淋饭。

Simple Lunch 简单的午餐

Today's we have a very simple lunch, steam ladies finger , fry sweet pea and fish.
今天在家准备了简单的午餐。有蒸羊角豆,炒甜豆及炒鲨鱼。



After the steamer's water boiled and let the ladies finger steam for 5 minutes will do. The texture of this ladies finger is very soft.Eat with sambal belacan it taste yummy.

蒸镬内的水煮滚后把羊角豆放入蒸五分钟即可。这蒸羊角豆的口感是嫩嫩软软的。配上叁笆笆拉煎辣椒很好吃。

This dish is fried shark fish with spring onion and ginger.这是姜葱炒鲨鱼肉。

Ingredient needs are:

1 piece shark fish

some ginger , some spring onion, some sesame oil


seasoning
oyster sauce,black soya sauce and light soya sauce


Methods:


1.) Heat the wok, put in some sesame oil then put in the ginger fry till fragrant.

2.) Add in the shark fish ,seasoning (as your taste) stir till cook.

3.) Put in the spring onion, stir for a while then dish up.


材料:

一块鲨鱼肉- 切片

一些姜片,一些青葱,少许的麻油

调味料

蚝油,黑酱油,酱油

做法:

1.) 烧热镬,加入少许的麻油后再加入姜片炒至香。

2.) 把鲨鱼肉及调味料(随个人口味)加入镬内炒至熟。

3.) 加入青葱,快快炒一下即可上碟。

Steam Garlic Fish 蒜头蒸鱼

This is the look after steam . This is a very simple dish but taste not bad. You just need fish, chopped garlic, 1tbsp light soya sauce and 1/2 tsp fish sauce (optional).
这是蒸熟了的照片。这是一道简单的菜肴可是味道还不错。只需要鱼肉一块,剁碎了的蒜头一些, 1大匙酱油,1小匙鱼露(随意)即可。
mixed well the chopped garlic, light soya sauce and fish sauce. Spread even on the fish, let your steamer boiled then put in the fish steam for 8 minutes will do. (depends on how big is your fish. if a piece like the photo, I use 8 minutes to steam)
把剁碎了的蒜头,酱油,鱼露搅匀, 放在鱼上。把高架水上后烧滚一镬水, 把鱼放在高架上加盖蒸8 分钟就可以吃了。(我用了8 分钟蒸这小块鱼, 如果鱼大块就要久一点的时间)。

Fried Mee Sua Fish 炸面线鱼

这是面线鱼的全相。

今早在菜市看到这面线鱼, 就买了回家因为家人喜欢。
This morning see this "Mee Sua Fish" at market , my family like this fish very much.



这是面线鱼的样子。 可惜它的头部被那鱼贩帮我切掉了。
This is how the fish looks like. (Sorry the fish seller help me to cut the fish head. so can't show you the fish head.)

把多余的地方切除(如鱼尾等等)。将鱼起骨。
cut all the excess part, clean and debone it.

准备鱼的调味料, 磨碎那2-3cm 的姜,加入1tbsp麻油, 1 tbsp酱油, 1tsp 胡椒粉. 然后放入鱼及鱼骨一起腌数小时。
prepare this fish seasoning to season the fish and also the fish bone. shred the ginger (ginger about 2-3cm), add in 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 to 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1tsp pepper. season for few hours.


准备一些面粉,把鱼肉倆边及鱼骨都沾上面粉; 把多余的粉去掉。(也可以用炸鸡粉来沾, 不过我嫌它咸了一点。)
prepare some plain flour to coat the fish. Both side coated with flour and remove excess coated flour. (you may use fried chicken powder but I personally fell it taste salty so I use plain flour.)


烧热油,把鱼及鱼骨炸至金黄色。热热吃,脆脆的,连骨也可以吃下去
Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown colour.
