Dried Longan Bread (龙眼杞子面包)



这面包是用面包机做的。 是个简单又好吃的面包。
This bread is make from bread maker. Is a simple and taste nice bread.

材料
(A)
300克高面粉
200克普通面粉
320ml冰水
60克糖
60克牛油
2 小匙即溶酵母
2 小匙海盐/盐
(B)
杞子,龙眼干,葡萄干加起来共1杯。

Ingredients
(A)
300g high protein flour
200g normal flour
320ml ice water
60g Castor sugar
60g butter
2 tsp sea salt / salt
2 tsp dry yeast
(B)
wolf berry, dry longan, raisin all add up about 1 cup

做法
1.) 把全部材料(A)放进面包机内搅拌。
2.) 大约25-30 分钟后,面包机会发出“鸣叫”即刻加入 (B)。等到整个烘面包程序完成取出面包即可。

Method
1.) put in all ingredients (A) to the bread maker and start to mix
2) after about 25-30 minutes the bread maker sound beep then put in the (B) and let it bake till cook.
