1 carrot - (cut small portion ) 1条胡萝卜(去皮切小块)
300g wild yam - (peeled and cut small portion) 300克新鲜山药(去皮后切小块)
1 "yacon" 雪莲果 (peeled and cut small portion) 1 个雪莲果(去皮后切小块)
2 chicken drumsticks 2支鸡腿
20g wolf berries 20克枸杞子
20g red date/jujubes(without the seed) 20克红枣(去核)
2 litre water 2公升清水
some sea salt 适量海盐
This is "Yacon" It can eat as raw taste like pear(梨). 这是去皮后的
雪莲果。这雪莲果可以生吃。生吃的味道就好像吃梨子一样。
Method 做法:
- Boil a pot of water, After boil add in carrot,wild yam,red date/jujubes,chicken drumsticks , wolfberries and "yacon"雪莲果.
- After boil, change to slower fire cook about 1-2 hour will do . (I use slow cooker to cook)
- Add in some sea salt (your taste) and dish up.
- 煮滚一锅清水后加入胡萝卜,山药,雪莲果,红枣,鸡腿,枸杞子再煮滚。
- 用慢火煮1-2 小时煮至出味。
- 加入海盐(随你的口味)即可。

我一直都有看过山药的食谱,不过我没有看过山药,可以拍内部给我看吗?你是在菜市买的吗?
Canary,这新鲜山药是在菜市买的。 把山药皮去掉就是白白的山药。去皮后会带点黏黏的。有人把它叫着淮山。 今晚我回去拍山药内部,明天再post给你看。
