梅菜焖鸭

哇!好久没上菜了。今天就来个梅菜焖鸭吧。

材料:

鸭- 半只斩成6大块
蒜头- 1 大颗 (拔开一瓣一瓣连皮有起)

梅菜- 1 棵 (切幼浸泡一会儿)

油- 1杯

水 - 400升

调味料:

1大匙黑酱油

1 大匙酱油

1 小匙糖

少许的海盐/白盐

做法:

1.)用1大匙酱油及1大匙黑酱油来腌鸭。(大约腌1-2小时)

2.) 烧热镬及油,加入腌好的鸭炸至半熟,把鸭捞起。

3.)把一半的油盛起后把蒜瓣放入镬内爆香后把梅菜加入镬内炒至香。

4.)把半熟的鸭放进镬内炒一下后倒入400升的清水煮及滚。

5.)加盖后用慢火慢慢焖至鸭肉软。(如果水份快要干时,间中可以加些水)

6.)加些糖调味后即可上碟。

好久都没吃过鸭了,因为家人都不喜欢吃,所以不曾煮过。。。

Thought of buying a duck the other day for 梅菜焖鸭 but the duck was so " sickening fat " so I changed my mind... LOL.. thanks for sharing , I love this dish alot !

Normally most the ducks are "sickening fat" but it taste delicious with the fat. Normally What I do after bought the duck I will cut away all the fat of the duck then only I cook so I left half duck to cook . LOL. ^_^
