Grilled Meat Melon Seed Biscuit 肉干瓜子饼

这饼的材料是在中秋节时到烘培店买的,其实这饼应该在中秋节做然后放上来的。但是当时都忙着做燕菜月饼没空试做这瓜子饼,就这样一直拖到现在才动工。这饼不错吃哦,我蛮喜欢。这饼是烘培店 的老板娘教做的。谢谢老板娘哦。


材料:

1 包瓜子粉 (大概750克)在烘培店买的premix flour.

糖油 450克

油 250克

枧水1大匙

盐1/4 小匙

肉干 300克 (切小块)

莲蓉250克

瓜子150克 (烤香)

芝麻 50克 (烤香)

做法:

1.) 把糖油,油,枧水,盐及200克瓜子粉搅拌均匀后放过夜

2.)隔天要做时才加入550克的瓜子粉及250克的莲蓉捏成沙后加入瓜子,芝麻,肉干及(1) 搅拌均匀

3.)秤20克1粒,搽蛋烘20分钟160度

4.)在烤箱拿出后涂上一层油在饼上



这是隔夜后的(1)
搅拌均匀后的 (2)
秤20克1粒后搓圆搽蛋
烤熟后让它搁置一天,瓜子饼会变软。 好像公仔饼一样的做法。

Burger Prepare by hubby 老公准备的汉堡

This burger was prepared by my hubby. Out of sudden his was saying that he wanted to prepare burger for next day's breakfast, so let see what had he prepared. Em... It taste good.
这汉堡是老公准备的。他心血来潮说要弄汉堡当隔天的早餐。这汉堡味道还不错,孩子们都喜欢吃。

Ingredients 材料 :

4 chicken drumstick (deboned) 4 只鸡腿(去骨)
1 cucumber (cut thin slices) 1 颗黄瓜(切薄片)
2 tomato (cut thin slices) 2 粒蕃茄(切薄片)
1 box premix fried chicken powder 1 包炸鸡粉
8 burger bun (can't find the burger bun so we just bought the dinner roll) 8 粒汉堡面包
1 lettuce (just need few slices only) 1 粒莴苣/玻璃生菜 (需要几片而已)
some butter 少许的奶油
some mayonnaise 少许的蛋黄酱
some thousand island 少许的千岛酱

seasoning - to seasoning the chicken drumstick 调味料- 腌鸡腿
1 tbsp soya sauce 1 大匙酱油
1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 大匙蚝油
1 tbsp sesame oil 1 大匙麻油

Methods 做法:
1.) seasoning the chicken drumstick with 1tbsp soya sauce,1tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp oyster sauce. (depend on the fried chicken powder, if it taste salty then reduce the seasoning soya sauce and oyster sauce.)
一.) 用调味料来腌鸡腿(如果炸鸡粉的味道已经很咸那就用半大匙的调味料)

2.) mix 1/2 packet of the fried chicken flour with 100ml water (follow the instruction printed on the packing ) or you may use other fried chicken flour as your daily used. 二.) 把半包的炸鸡粉加入100ml 的清水(跟着炸鸡粉包装的指示来调)或用你平常用惯的炸鸡粉。

3.) heat up the wok and 4 cups oil. Deep fried the seasoned chicken drumstick to golden brown colour. leave till cool then each chicken drumstick cut to half.

三.) 烧热镬及4杯油,把鸡腿炸成金黄色。盛起后待冷后切半。



4.) Cut the dinner roll to halve and spread some butter on it then heat it up on the non stick pan for a while .
四.) 把汉堡面包切半,涂上些奶油然后放在不黏镬上热一热。


5.) Place one piece lettuce on top of the dinner roll , spread some mayonnaise on the lettuce then arrange the cucumber slice and tomato slice and spread some mayonnaise it.
五.) 把一片生菜放在汉堡面包上,涂些蛋黄酱后排上黄瓜片及蕃茄片再涂些蛋黄酱。

6.) Place the fried chicken drumstick on top of the vege.
六.) 把半块炸鸡腿放在黄瓜片及蕃茄片上。
7.) Place another piece lettuce on top of the fried chicken and spread some thousand island sauce on top of the lettuce then cover with the dinner roll and serve.
七.) 再放一片生菜在炸鸡腿上后涂些千岛酱后把另一半的汉堡面包盖上即可。

Steam Corn Cake 蒸玉米咸糕

I like this steam Corn cake, you can taste the nature sweetness of the corn and also the salty taste of the dry shrimps. Method of prepare this cake almost like steam brown rice yam cake .
我喜欢这蒸玉米糕因为可以尝到玉米的甜味又可以吃到虾米的鲜味。做法和糙米芋头糕大至上一样。

Ingredients 材料:


200g fresh corn / frozen corn 200克新鲜玉米粒/冷冻玉米
2 Chinese sausage (cut to small piece ) 2 条腊肠(切小粒)
50g dried shrimp 50克虾米
some chopped garlic 一些蒜米碎
300g brown rice (soak for 8 hours) 300克糙米 (浸泡数小时)
water 750ml 清水750 ml
a pinch of salt 一小撮盐来调味
1 tsp oyster sauce 一小匙蚝油

Methods 做法:
1.) Drain the brown rice add in water to blender and blend it till fine. 把浸泡糙米的水倒掉后放进搅拌机内,再加入750ml 的清水后把糙米搅拌至幼。
2.) Heat the wok and add in some oil and garlic ,saute the garlic till fragrant. 把镬烧热后加入少许的油及蒜米碎炒至香。
3.) Add in the dry shrimps and continue saute till fragrant. 加入虾米再炒至香。
4.) Add in the chopped Chinese sausage and continue saute till fragrant. 把切碎的腊肠加入镬内继续炒至香。
4.) Add in the blended brown rice, corn, salt and oyster sauce then continue stir fried till thickening 把搅拌好的糙米倒入,加入玉米粒,盐及蚝油继续炒至浓。
5.) Grease the baking tray and put in the (4) and steam for 30 minutes or till cook. 在烤盘内涂上一层油后把(4)放进烤盘内用大火蒸30 分钟或蒸至熟。
The steam corn cake is cooked. 玉米糕蒸熟了。
Sprinkle some fried shallot on top of the corn cake and ready to serve. To prepare the fried shallot and chili sauce you may click on the brown yam rice post. (must wait till totally cool then only cut the cake.)
等到糕完全冷后才可以切。撒些炸葱在玉米糕上面就可以切了。炸葱片及辣椒酱的做法可以参考糙米芋头糕的post。

sesame prawn paste bread 芝麻虾面包

My digital camera's battery was flat so these shots were taken by my hand phone, that is the reason all these photos do not turn out sharp. The shot of the bread looks like over cooked but actually not.
Fried this bread for my family member as their breakfast. They like it very much. This motivate me most.

Ingredients:
200g prawn (finely chopped )
some carrot (finely chopped)
2 pcs black mushroom (soaked)
some white sesame (toasted)
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1 egg (beaten)
1 loaf whole-meal bread (cut to triangle shape)

Method:
1.) Mix well the prawn paste, black mushroom,carrot and sesame.
2.) Add in the soya sauce and pepper powder then mix well.
3.) Spread some beaten egg on top of the bread.
4.) Place the mixed prawn paste on top of the bread.
5.) Heat up the non stick pan , put in 1 or 2 drops oil on the pan
6.) Place the bread which coated with prawn paste on the pan fried till the prawn paste cook. (fried with slow fire)
7.) When the bread which coated with prawn paste cooked then turn to the other side of the bread and fried for a while (to make the bread crispy) and dish up.

梅菜焖鸭

哇!好久没上菜了。今天就来个梅菜焖鸭吧。

材料:

鸭- 半只斩成6大块
蒜头- 1 大颗 (拔开一瓣一瓣连皮有起)

梅菜- 1 棵 (切幼浸泡一会儿)

油- 1杯

水 - 400升

调味料:

1大匙黑酱油

1 大匙酱油

1 小匙糖

少许的海盐/白盐

做法:

1.)用1大匙酱油及1大匙黑酱油来腌鸭。(大约腌1-2小时)

2.) 烧热镬及油,加入腌好的鸭炸至半熟,把鸭捞起。

3.)把一半的油盛起后把蒜瓣放入镬内爆香后把梅菜加入镬内炒至香。

4.)把半熟的鸭放进镬内炒一下后倒入400升的清水煮及滚。

5.)加盖后用慢火慢慢焖至鸭肉软。(如果水份快要干时,间中可以加些水)

6.)加些糖调味后即可上碟。

Taiwan Trip - Final 台湾之旅完结篇



The Sixth day's Lunch at Taiwanese Food Court which next to National Palace Museum. The food just so so only. After lunch we visited the National Palace Museum.

The sixth day's dinner at "伍角船板". I like this restaurant very much. Once you enter to the restaurant you will feel the romantic atmosphere. All the dishes serve just simple yet delicious.

中式美點心及甜蜜情人果(芒果酸-好吃,酸酸脆脆的)

鹽水蒸鮮蝦
鱼(忘记菜肴的名字了)及櫻花蝦米糕
清炒空心菜及白萝卜汤
扇贝蒸杏仁菇
这一道菜我们不会吃,因为竹笋味好重.吃不惯!
芋香蹄筋堡(佛跳墙)及春卷(短的是包奶黄馅的,长的是包咸馅料的)

第七天的晚餐在鼎泰丰用餐.Seventh night's dinner
菜饺子及肉饺子 vege dumpling and meat dumpling
清炒波菜及小笼包, 吃饱后就快快到士林夜市做最后冲击因为隔天早上6.30am 就要起程的机场回到各自的家去了. After dinner go to Shilin night market and do shopping again. This will be the final shopping at Taiwan. The next morning 6.30am will towards to airport and back to every individuals sweet home.

All these are goods brought back from Taiwan and tasted by family member and all said good. So record on blog so that I can remember what to buy in future if I do visit Taiwan again. (do have other which taste good. but forgot to snap photo !!!)
以下是从台湾带回来的手信,家人试吃后都说好吃的就把它拍下来做记录。以后再去时才知道要买些什么。还有其他好吃的东西可是忘记替它拍照。
