这是一道容易煮又不错喝的汤。只要把全部材料放进锅内煮30-45分钟即可。
Ingredient: 材料:
2 liter water 2公升清水
some ribs/ meat 一些猪骨或鸡骨/肉
1 carrot cut to small portion 1条胡萝卜切小块
some fresh sweet corn / 1 corn cut to 4 small portion 一些新鲜玉米粒 / 1 条玉米切成4小段。
some Solomon's Seal / Polygonatum Officinale (yu ju) 一些玉竹
some red dates 一些红枣
Method: 做法:
- Boil a pot of water, after boil put in the ribs/meat and bring to boil again.
- Put in the carrot,sweet corn, yu ju and red dates cook till boil then turn to small fire simmer for 30 minutes or longer (your choice).
- Add in sea salt (your taste) and dish up.
- 煮滚一锅清水后加入猪骨或鸡骨/肉再煮滚。
- 把胡萝卜,玉米,玉竹,红枣放进锅内煮滚。用慢火煮30分钟或较长时间煮至出味。
- 加入海盐(随你的口味)即可。
