Carrot And Corn Soup

This soup is easy to cook just put all ingredients into the pot and cook for 30 - 45 minutes will do. Even though is simple yet it taste good.

Ingredient: 材料:

2 liter water 2公升清水
some ribs/ meat 一些猪骨或鸡骨/肉
1 carrot cut to small portion 1条胡萝卜切小块
some fresh sweet corn / 1 corn cut to 4 small portion 一些新鲜玉米粒 / 1 条玉米切成4小段。
some Solomon's Seal / Polygonatum Officinale (yu ju) 一些玉竹
some red dates 一些红枣

Method: 做法:
  1. Boil a pot of water, after boil put in the ribs/meat and bring to boil again.
  2. Put in the carrot,sweet corn, yu ju and red dates cook till boil then turn to small fire simmer for 30 minutes or longer (your choice).
  3. Add in sea salt (your taste) and dish up.
  • 煮滚一锅清水后加入猪骨或鸡骨/肉再煮滚。
  • 把胡萝卜,玉米,玉竹,红枣放进锅内煮滚。用慢火煮30分钟或较长时间煮至出味。
  • 加入海盐(随你的口味)即可。
