Soya Milk With White Fungus 豆浆雪耳糖水

This dessert taste nice and good for pregnant woman and baby.
这甜品不错吃,对孕妇及小孩都有益。

Ingredients are: 材料有:
some gingko nut (peel skin off of gingko nut)一些白果(白果去皮及心)

some white fungus (soak till soft and cut small pieces)
一些雪耳/白木耳(浸软后剪/切小块)

RM3.00 soya milk without sugar (about 2-3litre)
RM3.00 的无糖豆浆。(大概2-3 升)

some rock sugar
一些冰糖

5-6 pcs pandan leave /screwpine leaves
5-6片香草叶

Method: 做法:
  1. Cook the gingko nuts, white fungus, pandan leaves and some sugar with 500ml water till soft .

  2. Put in the soya milk cook till boil. (must keep stirring else will stick on bottom of the pot).

  3. Add more rock sugar up to your taste and serve it.

  • 把白果,白木耳/雪耳,香草叶及清水煮至白木耳软。

  • 把豆浆加入煮至滚。(要常搅拌,不然会黏锅底。)

  • 加入适量冰糖煮至冰糖溶即可。
