Dumpling Noodle水饺面

This dumpling noodle taste not bad. It taste sweet because added sweet corn to cook stock.
这水饺面不错吃。汤带有清甜的味道是因为加了玉米去熬。

Ingredients: 材料:
some lettuce 一些莴苣
1 corn (cut to 6 small portion) 一条玉米(切成6小块)
1/2 carrot (cut small piece) 半条胡萝卜(切小块)
1/2 carrot (finely chopped) 半条胡萝卜(剁碎)
4 water chestnut (finely chopped) 4粒马蹄/孛荠(剁碎)
some round wantan wrapper 一些圆形的云吞皮
some wantan noodle 数粒云吞面
some prawn (minced) 一些虾(去壳剁碎)
some chicken fillet (minced) 一块鸡肉(剁碎)
some chicken bone (to cook stock) 一些鸡骨(用来煲汤)
some sea salt 少许海盐

Seasoning: 调味料:
1 tbsp soya sauce 1大匙酱油
1 tbsp cooking wine (optional) 1大匙绍兴酒(随意)
1 tbsp sesame oil 1 大匙麻油
1 tsp pepper 1 小匙胡椒粉



Method to prepare the dumpling filling 准备水饺馅料:
1.)Chicken minced and prawn paste mix well and season with seasoning.
1.)把鸡肉碎,虾碎及调味料一起搅匀。
2.)Add in finely chopped carrot and water chestnut and mix well as the dumpling filling.
2.)把胡萝卜碎及马蹄/孛荠碎加入(1)搅匀。
3.)Wrap the dumpling with the filling on the round wantan wrapper.
3.)把水饺馅放在云吞皮的中间,把云吞皮的边沾些水后合起来。
Prepare the wantan noodles. 准备云吞面
1.)Boil a pot of water , after boil put in the noodle cook till soft then rinse in cold water and drain it.
1.)煮滚1锅清水后把云吞面放进锅内煮至软;捞起过冷水后排干水。
To cook the stock 汤的做法:
1.) Boil a pot of water. After the water boil put in the chicken bone and cook till boil again.
- 煮滚一锅清水后把鸡骨加入煮至滚。

2.) Put in the carrot and corn cook till boil.
- 把切小块的胡萝卜及玉米放进锅内煮至滚。

3.) Put in the dumpling to the stock pot to cook .
- 把包好的水饺放进锅内煮至水饺熟。

4.) Lastly put in the lettuce to cook till boil then add in the sea salt .
- 最后把莴苣及海盐加入。
5.) Place some noodle in a bowl and scoop the dumpling soap to serve.
- 放些云吞面在碗内后舀入水饺,水饺汤及水饺汤内的料即可。

水饺我也喜欢吃,但就是不喜欢外头卖的,因为可能用的虾不是很新鲜带有腥味,自己可以动手做的真好吃。
