Fry Bee Hoon 炒米粉

这是一盘很普通的炒米粉。相信每家都有自己的炒法。
This is a very common fry bee hoon. I believed every house have their own style of this fry bee hoon.


材料只需要 1包米粉(浸软),一些鱼饼,一些剁碎了的蒜头,一些豆芽, 一些蛋皮和一些鸡肉丝。
Ingredients are bee hoon 1 packet (soaked), some fish cake cut slices, some chopped garlic, some bean sprout and some chicken slices.


调味料 - 4 至5 大匙酱油,1 小匙鱼露及少许的胡椒粉
Seasoning - 4-5 tbsp light soya sauce, 1 tsp fish sauce, some pepper


用来装饰

一些芫西

一些炸葱片

一片蛋皮切丝

For garnishing

some coriander leaf for garnish

some omelet egg

some fried shallot


1.)烧热镬,放入油,把蒜头炒香后放入鸡肉丝,豆芽,鱼饼炒至熟。

2.)把浸软的米粉和调味料放进镬内炒至软及熟。

3.)上碟后把芫西,蛋皮丝及炸葱片放上装饰。

1.) Heat the wok, put in oil, fried the garlic till fragrant then put in the chicken slices, bean sprout, fish cake and fry till cook.

2.) Add in the soaked bee hoon and seasoning. Fry till bee hoon is soft and cook.

3.) Dish up and garnish with coriander leaf,omelet egg and fried shallot .
