Soya Jelly "Tau Hu Hua" 冷豆花

This "Tau Hu Hua" is a recipe which learn from news paper. Take this cold soya jelly especially on sunny hot day is very ideally. Normally we take with brown sugar syrup/Gula Melaka syrup. You may eat with mix fruit also.
这冷豆花是从报章上刊登的食谱中学的。在大热天来杯冰冷的豆花是个很好的主意。我家人通常都会把这冰冷的豆花配上椰糖浆/黄糖浆来吃。也可以配上罐头杂果来吃。


ingredients:
1800 ml soya milk without sugar
1500 plain water
10g jelly powder
Method:
1.)bring all ingredients to boil and keep stir it.
2.)After boil then pour to the container / jelly mould and keep to cold then keep in fridge.

Brown sugar Syrup:
100g brown sugar
50g sugar (optional)
30ml water
1.) Put in all the ingredients to the pot then bring to boil.
2.) After boiled let it cold then keep in container.

材料:
1800ml豆水/豆奶(无糖的)
1500ml 自来水
10克燕菜粉
做法:
1.) 把全部材料放进锅内搅匀煮至滚。(要不停的搅拌)
2.) 把(1)倒进杯子或燕菜模。待冷后放入冰箱即可。
黄糖浆/椰糖酱
100克黄糖/椰糖
50克白糖 (随意)
30ml 水
1.)把全部材料放进锅内煮至糖溶即可。
2.)要吃时,把少许的糖浆倒入豆花内就可以了。
