2.)准备材料- 把倆大块嫩姜切成薄片. 1整粒蒜头。2 pieces young ginger cut to thin slices. 1 whole garlic.
3.)烧热镬,放进2 大匙麻油,把嫩姜,蒜头放入镬炒至香。heat up the wok, put in 2 tbsp sesame oil, young ginger and garlic fried till fragrant.
4.) 把鸭肉放进镬继续炒至香。倒入2杯水,1大匙黑酱油,2大匙酱油,1 小匙糖及1小匙豆酱。搅均后煮滚试味。用小火慢慢焖至鸭肉熟软。Put in the duck and continue fried till fragrant then pour in 2 cups water, 1tbsp black soya sauce, 2 tbsp light soya sauce, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp salted bean paste mix well and cook till boil. Try the taste then use slow fire to braise till the duck soft or the gravy thicker.
